16" x 20" acrylic
This painting is from a wonderful walk in the Gatineau Hills. It was early spring and the maple bush was almost neon from it's green/yellow infant leaves. The trilliums were in bloom and the sounds of song birds filled the air. I wanted to go deep into the forest to take in all the colours and sounds, but poison ivy made sure the forest remained untouched by my sandal clad feet!
Sorry, this painting is sold!
