This is an interesting piece for me as it is completely different from my usual style of painting.

The image from a beautiful early spring kayak to a quiet back lake. Loons will typically gather in the spring and really show their stuff! This particular loon gave us a brilliant performance!

I shot a photo of him dancing and used that as my muse in a photo transfer technique which I then painted over and layered with clear gel medium.

This work can be found on display at Frankie Pestos in Kingston for Jardin'Art and will be available for sale at the end of the exhibition.
